Hepaticocystojejunostomy for Unresectable Pancreatic Head Cancer

Abstract

|
|
We report cases of hepaticocystojejunostomy for the relief of malignant biliary obstruction in the wvicinity of the cystic duct and common bile duct junction. This double anastomotic procedure consisting of hepaticocystostomy in addition to
cholecystojejunostomy, is simple to perform and proved to be no less effective than the technically more demanding conventional hepaticojejunostomy.
